Job Title

Occupational Therapist – Swing Bed

Location

Waurika, OK | Acute Care / Swing Bed

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (60-minute lunch) | 5×8-hour shifts | No weekends | No on-call required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services in a swing-bed setting with a 1:1 patient ratio
• Participate in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings as part of swing-bed services
• May float to acute care services as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation; Meditech experience preferred

Required Qualifications

• Active Oklahoma state occupational therapy license or valid compact license; license must be obtained and verified prior to start date
• Minimum 1 year of occupational therapy experience
• No additional certifications required
• Local candidates are welcome; open to candidates within a 45-mile radius of the facility

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Meditech electronic health records system
• Prior experience in a swing-bed or acute care setting
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
