Job Title

Occupational Therapist – Pediatrics (OT)

Location

Saint Cloud, MN | Outpatient

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | Monday–Friday | Shifts start no earlier than 7:30 AM and end no later than 6:00 PM | Expected 38.5–40 hours per week | Friday availability is required; a 4-day schedule (38.5 hours) may be considered

Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to pediatric outpatient patients across a wide variety of diagnoses
• Deliver care within an outpatient clinic setting, applying skills relevant to pediatric OT practice
• Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions appropriate to each patient’s needs
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records, utilizing the EPIC electronic health records system
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient outcomes
• Provide holiday coverage as needed by the facility

Required Qualifications

• Active OT certification (NBCOT) required at time of submission
• Active Minnesota Occupational Therapist license in hand at time of submission
• Pediatrics experience required; new graduate OTs with prior pediatric experience as a COTA will be considered
• Ability to complete Minnesota Livescan fingerprinting in person within 48 hours of contract signing, on the Monday prior to the scheduled start date
• Must complete required lab work within 48 hours of contract signing
• Must live more than 25 miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with EPIC electronic health records system
• Background in outpatient clinic and/or acute care settings
• Familiarity with a broad range of pediatric diagnoses and treatment approaches
