Key Responsibilities
- Perform generalist clinical laboratory testing across multiple disciplines
- Conduct and interpret blood bank procedures with a high degree of accuracy and compliance
- Operate and navigate laboratory information systems (LIS) in daily workflow
- Adhere to all regulatory, safety, and quality control standards within the laboratory
Required Qualifications
- Current California CLS or MLS license required
- Strong blood banking knowledge with recent, hands-on experience
- TB clearance obtained within the past 12 months
- Experience with Harvest LIS preferred; familiarity with comparable laboratory information systems required
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel or contract laboratory experience
- Broad generalist background across chemistry, hematology, microbiology, and blood bank disciplines
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced laboratory environment
