Contract (13 Weeks) | Mid Shift | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care / skilled nursing facility setting
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with care plans and facility protocols
• Monitor and document resident health status, reporting changes to appropriate clinical staff
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support resident well-being and recovery goals
• Maintain compliance with all facility policies, state regulations, and infection control standards
• Must carry and present a state or federally issued photo ID at all times while on assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in the state of New Hampshire
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility environment
• Must have completed the original or updated COVID-19 vaccine series, or be able to present a documented religious and/or medical exemption from your employer
• Must wear a photo badge at all times while on site

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a float or registry/agency capacity
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems used in SNF settings
• Strong adaptability and ability to integrate quickly into established care teams
