Interventional Radiology / Special Procedures Technologist

Contract | Days | Rotating 4x10s or 5x8s (7:00–17:00)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform interventional radiology and special procedures in a high-volume acute care setting
• Operate and maintain Siemens imaging equipment proficiently
• Rotate between 4×10 and 5×8 shift schedules as needed by the department
• Complete required pre-start and annual specialty-specific training modules via facility learning management system
• Adhere to strict facility attendance and compliance policies, including a smoke-free environment

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on Interventional Radiology experience required
• ARRT certification required — must be in hand at time of submission
• AHA or Red Cross BLS certification required — must be in hand at time of submission
• Must pass EKG and Pharmacology tests during orientation (2 attempts maximum; no remediation between attempts; failure may result in cancellation)
• Completion of non-billable pre-start modules required prior to first day (estimated 6–15 hours, varies by specialty)
• Local candidates are welcome and will be considered

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working with Siemens angiography or fluoroscopy equipment
• Familiarity with high-acuity hospital environments and complex IR case types
• Strong adaptability to rotating schedule structures
