Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA)

Contract (7 Weeks) | Mid Shift | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care in a long-term care / skilled nursing facility setting
• Assist residents with activities of daily living including personal hygiene, mobility, and nutrition
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for all residents
• Must wear a photo ID badge at all times while on assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active Vermont Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification required
• Must be a local candidate — locals only are eligible for this assignment
• Every other weekend availability required
• Must have reliable personal transportation
• All requested time off must be approved prior to the start of the contract
• Must have completed the original or updated COVID-19 vaccine series, or be able to present a documented religious and/or medical exemption from employer
• Must present a valid state or federal issued photo identification upon arrival at the facility

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting
• Familiarity with mid-shift workflows and documentation practices
