Registered Nurse (RN) – Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing

Location

Camden, ME | Skilled Nursing Facility

Schedule / Job Type

Contract (9 Weeks) | Days | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care / skilled nursing environment
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized resident care plans
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure quality resident outcomes
• Maintain valid state-issued photo identification and wear a photo badge at all times while on assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Maine or compact equivalent
• Completion of original or updated COVID-19 vaccine series, or a documented religious and/or medical exemption from employer; additional doses required where mandated by law
• Valid state or federal issued photo identification required
• Local candidates only

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting
• Familiarity with care planning and interdisciplinary team collaboration in a SNF environment
