Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care / skilled nursing facility setting
• Utilize PointClickCare (PCC) electronic health records system for documentation and care coordination
• Monitor and assess resident health status, reporting changes to the appropriate care team members
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
• Maintain compliance with facility policies, state regulations, and infection control standards

Required Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN license in the state of Maine (or compact license eligibility)
• PointClickCare (PCC) experience required
• COVID-19 vaccination required, or documented religious/medical exemption from employer; additional doses required where mandated by law
• Must present a valid state or federal issued photo ID upon arrival at the facility and wear a photo badge at all times while on assignment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility environment
• Familiarity with night shift workflows in a residential care setting
