Job Title

EP Lab Tech – Electrophysiology Lab

Location

Kansas City, KS | EP Lab

Schedule / Job Type

Contract (13 Weeks) | 4×10-hour days, Monday–Friday (days determined by staffing needs) | Day Shift | Late team rotation shared with other staff | No weekend, holiday, on-call, or floating requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and support connectivity with mapping systems including Carto, Ensite X, Affera, and Rhythmia
• Scrub for all ablation procedures, including RF and Pulsed Field Ablation (PFA)
• Assist with laser lead extractions, Left Atrial Appendage Occlusion (LAAO) procedures, and all device implantations
• Participate in late team rotation as scheduled alongside existing staff
• Complete orientation and unit training per facility schedule prior to independent practice

Required Qualifications

• Registered Cardiovascular Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES) required
• Registered Cardiovascular Technologist (RCVT) required
• Proficiency with Carto, Ensite X, Affera, and Rhythmia mapping systems
• Demonstrated proficiency scrubbing for ablation, lead extraction, LAAO, and device implantation procedures
• New graduates are not eligible for this position

Preferred Experience / Skills

• At least 2 years of experience as an EP Lab Tech
• Familiarity with both RF and PFA ablation techniques
• Experience in a high-volume EP lab environment
