Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine and advanced CT scans in accordance with radiologist protocols
• Operate independently without direct supervision in an acute hospital environment
• Execute MIP, MPR, and 3D imaging reconstructions as needed
• Support imaging procedures including biopsies, drainages, and vascular or cardiac imaging
• Maintain active State of Hawaii Radiologic Technologist license and ARRT CT certification throughout the assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active State of Hawaii Radiologic Technologist license (as a radiographer) required by assignment start date
• Current ARRT certification in Computed Tomography (CT)
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience in an acute hospital setting
• Ability to scan per radiologist protocols and perform routine CT scans independently
• Proof of flu vaccination or a facility-approved medical or religious exception required prior to contract start

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Meditech EMR, Canon/Toshiba CT units, and Vitrea workstation
• Proficiency in venipuncture and advanced imaging techniques including MIP, MPR, and 3D imaging
• Experience with procedures such as biopsies, drainages, vascular or cardiac imaging
• Background in trauma or stroke imaging
