Job Title

Travel Cardiac Cath Lab Tech

Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Days, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM | On-Call Required | Projected Start: 08/24/2026

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in performing cardiac catheterization lab procedures including LHC, PCI, TAVR, PPM, Impella, and IABP
• Operate and maintain GE X-ray equipment within a 2-lab cath lab environment handling approximately 10 cases daily
• Utilize documentation systems including Maclab and Meditech for accurate patient recordkeeping
• Demonstrate emergency medication knowledge and respond appropriately in urgent clinical situations
• Fulfill on-call obligations, with an expected 7–9 call days per month including at least one weekend
• Collaborate with the cath lab team to support patient safety and procedural efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Active RN certification required
• Minimum 2 years of cardiac cath lab experience
• Proficiency with GE X-ray equipment and cath lab documentation systems (Maclab, Meditech)
• Strong knowledge of emergency medications and advanced cath lab procedures
• Ability to meet on-call scheduling requirements including weekend coverage

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with TAVR, Impella, and IABP procedures
• Familiarity with HCA Healthcare systems and protocols
• Experience working in a high-volume cath lab setting
