Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Schedule / Job Type
Contract (14 Weeks) | Mid Shift | Weekends Required
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with facility policies and applicable state nursing standards
- Administer medications and treatments as directed by the care plan and supervising clinicians
- Monitor and document patient conditions, reporting changes to appropriate clinical staff
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient health and recovery goals
Required Qualifications
- Active LPN license in the state of Vermont or a qualifying compact state license
- Ability to work mid shifts, including required weekend availability
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Ability to fulfill a 14-week contract commitment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care environment
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
