Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and assistance with activities of daily living in a long-term care/skilled nursing facility setting
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning of residents
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided in accordance with facility policies
• Support a safe and comfortable environment for residents

Required Qualifications

• Active and valid Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification in South Dakota or compact state equivalent
• Must live within 80 miles of the facility to be eligible for this placement
• Ability to work rotating shifts within a Sunday through Saturday work week
• Compliance with all facility and staffing agency onboarding requirements

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility environment
• Familiarity with twelve-hour and/or eight-to-ten-hour shift structures
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills when working with elderly populations
