Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical setting
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure quality patient outcomes
- Adhere to rotating weekend requirements, including every other weekend
- Work holidays that fall within regularly scheduled shifts as required
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a Medical Surgical unit
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
