Job Title

RN – Operating Room (Circulator)

Location

Manhattan, KS | Acute Care Surgical Hospital

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Full-Time | Days | Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM | No Call, No Weekends, No Holidays

Key Responsibilities

• Perform circulating RN duties across a multispecialty surgical environment
• Support orthopedic cases including total joint replacements and arthroscopy
• Assist with ENT, urology, gynecology, spine, cataract, and general surgical cases
• Maintain patient safety and advocacy throughout the perioperative process
• Collaborate with a fast-paced surgical team to ensure efficient case flow

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in Kansas or a Multistate Compact license
• Minimum of 3 years of operating room experience
• Strong orthopedic OR experience, specifically total joints and arthroscopy
• AHA BLS certification required at time of submission
• AHA ACLS certification required at time of submission
• Prior travel nursing experience required — first-time travelers will not be considered

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a multispecialty surgical setting
• Familiarity with spine and cataract surgical cases
• Ability to adapt quickly in a high-volume, fast-paced OR environment
