Key Responsibilities
- Oversee supervision of patient care, nursing staff, and day-to-day OB operations
- Collaborate with the leadership team to facilitate efficient clinical operations and effective resource management
- Support staff development initiatives and drive quality improvement efforts within the OB unit
- Provide people leadership while remaining available to take bedside shifts as needed
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
- Current RN license in the state of Colorado or a compact state
- Minimum of 3 years of training and experience in OB nursing
- Leadership experience within the last 2 years
- Demonstrated ability to lead people while also performing direct patient care at the bedside as needed
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Experience in clinical operations management within an obstetrics setting
