Job Title

Echocardiography Technician

Location

Warwick, RI

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | Either (4) ten-hour shifts (7:00–15:30) or (5) eight-hour shifts (11:00–19:30)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform echocardiographic examinations in accordance with departmental protocols and standards of care
• Acquire and document high-quality cardiac ultrasound images for physician interpretation
• Operate and maintain echocardiography equipment to ensure proper functionality
• Collaborate with clinical staff to coordinate patient scheduling and workflow

Required Qualifications

• Active RDCS or RCS credential (ARDMS or CCI) required
• Hands-on experience performing echocardiograms in a clinical setting
• Proficiency with echocardiography equipment and image acquisition techniques
• Ability to work either a 4×10 or 5×8 shift schedule as assigned

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with a variety of echocardiographic modalities (2D, Doppler, TEE)
• Strong communication and patient interaction skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
