Contract | Full-Time | Days | 4×10-hour shifts, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Scrub on a variety of surgical cases including orthopedic total joints, laparoscopic procedures, and robotic procedures
• Participate in an on-call rotation within a 6-week schedule, with approximately one call shift per week running from end of shift (5:30 PM) through 7:00 AM the following day
• Fulfill weekend call obligations, expected approximately once every 5 weeks (Saturday or Sunday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 AM)
• Respond to the facility within 30 minutes of receiving a call from a supervisor when on call
• Participate in mandatory call coverage rotation when scheduled staff are unavailable

Required Qualifications

• Experience scrubbing orthopedic total joint procedures
• Experience scrubbing laparoscopic and robotic surgical procedures
• Ability to respond to the facility within 30 minutes while on call
• Willingness and availability to participate in mandatory call coverage rotation

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a trauma center environment
• Familiarity with a high-volume, fast-paced surgical setting
