Key Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy treatment and interventions to patients under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans in accordance with physician orders and PT direction
• Document patient progress, treatment sessions, and responses to therapy accurately and in a timely manner
• Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary care team regarding patient status and goals
• Maintain and present a valid state or federal issued photo ID at the facility at all times while on assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in the state of New Hampshire
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Ability to work day shift hours
• Must comply with facility badging requirements — a valid state or federal issued photo ID is required on-site at all times

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a contract or travel therapy role
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to a new facility environment with minimal orientation
