Registered Nurse – Geriatrics

Schedule / Job Type
Contract | Evening Shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM) | 8-Hour Shifts | Every Other Weekend Required | Holidays as needed
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to geriatric patients in accordance with facility policies and standards of practice
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans for the geriatric population
- Monitor and document patient conditions, responses to treatment, and changes in status
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, following all safety protocols
Required Qualifications
- Active North Carolina Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- Minimum of 12 months of recent RN experience
- Candidates must reside within 100 miles of the facility to be eligible
