Job Title

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

Location

Sheridan, WY | Skilled Nursing Facility

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13-Week Assignment | Days | Onsite | Expected 36 hours/week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy assistant services to patients under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Implement individualized treatment plans to support patient rehabilitation and functional independence
• Document patient progress accurately and in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated patient care
• Assist in the assessment and modification of treatment approaches based on patient response

Required Qualifications

• Active COTA licensure/certification in good standing
• Wyoming state licensure or eligibility to obtain prior to start
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Ability to work a day shift schedule in a skilled nursing/long-term care environment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting
• Familiarity with PACS documentation systems
• Experience with geriatric patient populations
