Contract (9 Weeks) | Days | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and assistance with activities of daily living in a long-term care/skilled nursing facility setting
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and repositioning of residents
- Maintain and present valid state or federal issued photo identification at the facility at all times; a photo badge must be worn during all shifts
- Adhere to all facility infection control and safety protocols
Required Qualifications
- Active, valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Completion of original or updated COVID-19 vaccination series, or a documented religious and/or medical exemption from employer; additional doses required where mandated by law
- Valid state or federal issued photo identification required
- Local candidates only
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility environment
- Familiarity with electronic health records and documentation practices
