Key Responsibilities

• Scrub and assist in a high-volume operating room environment handling approximately 30 cases per day across 16 suites
• Support a broad range of surgical specialties including General, Orthopedic, Robotics, Neurosurgery, Spine, Urology, and ENT
• Participate in an on-call rotation totaling approximately 120 hours over the contract period, self-scheduled across weekdays and weekends
• Fulfill one required weekend shift per 6-week period; holiday call is preferred but not required
• Respond to call within 30 minutes; on-site sleep room available for extended call coverage
• Adhere to facility scrub and dress code standards; scrubs are provided

Required Qualifications

• Active Colorado DORA license required
• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification required
• BLS certification required
• Demonstrated experience in General Surgery, Neurosurgery, and Robotics
• Must reside at least 60 miles from the facility to be eligible; valid driver’s license must be submitted
• Must be available and present in-state for the full week of orientation, even if initial modules are conducted remotely

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience across multiple surgical specialties including Orthopedics, Spine, Urology, and ENT
• Comfort with set and block scheduling structures
• Flexibility to float within a defined facility zone in the event of an exceptional staffing need
