Key Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy services to patients in a critical care environment
• Manage a high-volume patient workload efficiently and effectively
• Operate within your scope of practice, with the expectation to float within the facility or to nearby sites within the region as needed
• Document patient care accurately using EPIC

Required Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin Respiratory Therapist license required and must be in hand prior to start date
• PALS certification required
• Current critical care experience, or critical care experience within the last 12 months
• Ability to manage a heavy workload in a fast-paced environment
• Prior travel assignment experience

Preferred Experience / Skills

• NRP certification
• Familiarity with floating to multiple units or off-site locations
