Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, complex-medical, and other diagnoses affecting strength, range of motion, endurance, and overall function
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing therapeutic exercise, modalities, and functional activities
• Monitor and document patient progress toward achieving the highest level of function possible
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support comprehensive patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited program; minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy required
• Current and valid Physical Therapy license issued by the New Hampshire Office of Allied Health Professions required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy preferred
• Experience working in an inpatient or critical access hospital setting
• Familiarity with a broad patient population including orthopedic, neurological, and complex-medical cases
