Contract | Full-Time | Days | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical support within a fast-paced outpatient medical clinic setting
• Handle high call volume in a professional and efficient manner
• Support cardiovascular care workflows and patient coordination
• Participate in cross-training across clinic functions as needed
• Assist with patient intake, documentation, and clinical tasks as directed by supervising providers

Required Qualifications

• Active Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification required
• Minimum of one (1) year of outpatient healthcare clinic experience (e.g., urgent care, internal medicine, or family care) within the past three (3) years
• Experience must be from an outpatient clinic setting — experience from SNF, corrections, behavioral health, LTC, occupational health, dialysis, home health, rehab, health insurance, or remote work does not qualify
• Must be able to verify highest level of education via diploma, official transcripts, or GED through a third-party verification process
• Must be able to verify all past employment through a third-party system
• Flexibility for cross-training is required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Cardiovascular or cardiology clinic background strongly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to manage high call volumes in a clinical environment
• Prior experience in a specialty outpatient clinic setting
