Job Title

Occupational Therapist (OT) / Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA)

Full-Time | Days | Direct Hire

Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy evaluation and treatment services to residents in a skilled nursing facility setting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support residents’ functional independence and quality of life
• Document patient progress, goals, and outcomes in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate comprehensive resident care
• Maintain compliance with state, federal, and facility-specific therapy guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Active California OT or COTA license in good standing
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy or Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• Experience working in a skilled nursing or long-term care environment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior SNF or post-acute rehabilitation experience
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) documentation systems
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills within a multidisciplinary team
