Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to residents in a long-term care/skilled nursing facility setting
- Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
- Support a safe and comfortable environment for residents in accordance with facility policies
Required Qualifications
- Active Vermont Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) license required
- Valid state or federal issued photo identification required — must be presented at the facility and worn as a badge at all times
- Must have completed the original or updated COVID-19 vaccine series, or provide a documented religious and/or medical exemption from your employer; additional doses required where mandated by law
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting
- Familiarity with electronic health records and documentation practices
