Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to long term care residents in accordance with facility policies and applicable regulations
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, and document care accurately in resident records
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition to supervising nursing staff or physicians
- Assist with the development and implementation of individualized care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support resident health, safety, and well-being
Required Qualifications
- Active LPN license in good standing (Alaska licensure or eligibility required)
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Experience working in a long term care or skilled nursing environment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a rural or remote healthcare setting
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in a team-based care environment
