Contract | 11-Week Travel Assignment | Days (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) | 3×12-hour shifts | Expected 36 hours/week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a blended ICU/CVICU setting with a 1:2 patient ratio, serving adult and geriatric populations
• Manage complex cardiac and critical care diagnoses including STEMI, NSTEMI, CABG, valve repair/replacement, acute respiratory failure, sepsis, stroke, and trauma
• Operate Baxter infusion pumps and document care using the Medhost EHR system
• Perform and monitor CRRT as well as support patients undergoing TCAR and TVAR procedures
• Float to the Intermediate Care Unit as primary RN and provide coverage for admitted patients holding in the ED on an as-needed basis
• Respond to call requirements as defined by unit needs

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license valid for practice in Arizona
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale
• Minimum 2 years of ICU/CVICU experience
• Prior travel nursing experience required
• Must reside at least 60 miles from the facility to be eligible for the travel rate

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with CRRT, TCAR, and TVAR procedures
• Familiarity with Medhost EHR
• Experience in a Joint Commission Accredited or Certified Chest Pain Center environment
• Comfort floating between ICU and Intermediate Care Unit settings
