Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
• Provide skilled occupational therapy services to residents in a rehab and care setting
• Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in accordance with facility and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs

Required Qualifications

• Current, valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of Wyoming or eligibility to obtain one
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• NBCOT certification required or eligible
• Ability to work day shift hours

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care rehabilitation setting
• Familiarity with PACS documentation systems
• Experience with geriatric patient populations
