Job Title

Interventional Radiology Technologist – Travel Contract

Location

Richmond, VA | Acute Care

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Travel | Days | 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM | 13-Week Assignment | On-call and weekend rotation required

Key Responsibilities

• Perform interventional radiology procedures with a heavy focus on Neuro IR volumes
• Operate Phillips and GE biplane imaging equipment in an Angiography/Special Procedures unit
• Document and manage patient information using the Meditech EMR system
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including RNs and fellow technologists across a 4-bed unit
• Participate in after-hours call coverage and weekend rotation as required

Required Qualifications

• Interventional Radiology Technologist with demonstrated Neuro IR experience — candidates without this will not be considered
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Interventional Radiology / Special Procedures
• Proficiency with biplane imaging equipment (Phillips and/or GE preferred)
• Ability to fulfill on-call and weekend obligations as part of the standard rotation

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Meditech EMR
• Prior travel assignment experience in a high-volume IR or Neuro IR setting
• Familiarity with angiography and special procedures environments
