Job Title

Intensive Care Registered Nurse (ICU RN)

Willits, CA | Acute Care

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Night Shift | 4x12s, 1900–0730 | Expected 48 hours/week

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze patient assessment data to determine diagnoses, care issues, and develop individualized care plans
• Implement care plans, coordinate care delivery, and evaluate progress toward patient outcomes
• Collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to provide safe, patient-centered care
• Supervise and delegate duties to assigned nursing staff, applying critical thinking and independent professional judgment
• Provide health education and information to patients, families, and treatment team members; participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care
• May float to the Emergency Department to maintain hours during periods of low census

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor — Required
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification — Required
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification — Required
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification — Required
• Minimum of 2 years of recent RN experience; proficiency with EPIC electronic health records required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Minimum 1 year of ICU-specific experience
• Acute care facility background
• Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification
