Contract | Nights | 4×12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:30) | 36 or 48 hours/week options available

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a mixed intermediate care and med/surg unit environment
• Manage a patient assignment with nurse-to-patient ratios ranging from 1:4 to 1:6 depending on acuity and shift assignment
• Adapt to overflow needs by taking med/surg patient assignments as required
• Complete onboarding modules onsite during orientation (approximately 4–6 hours for RN)
• Maintain compliance with all required certifications throughout the duration of the contract

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license – state or compact license must be in hand at time of submittal
• ACLS certification required
• BLS certification required
• NIHSS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience required
• All requested time off must be disclosed at time of submittal
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible – no local candidates

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in intermediate care, PCU, or stepdown settings
• Comfort working with a mixed med/surg and intermediate care patient population
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
