Key Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic X-ray imaging procedures in accordance with facility protocols and standards
- Position patients correctly to obtain optimal diagnostic images
- Operate and maintain radiographic equipment safely and effectively
- Ensure proper radiation safety practices are followed for patients, staff, and self
- Document imaging procedures accurately in the patient record system
Required Qualifications
- ARRT certification (R) required
- Valid state licensure or eligibility to practice in New Jersey
- Proficiency in diagnostic radiographic imaging techniques
- Ability to work night shifts as scheduled
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous travel assignment experience
- Familiarity with a variety of radiographic equipment and PACS systems
- Strong communication and patient care skills in a fast-paced environment
