Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans upon physician referral
• Provide therapeutic interventions to relieve pain and develop, restore, or maintain physical function using exercise, massage, heat, cold, light, water, electricity, or sound
• Monitor and document patient progress toward established goals
• Collaborate with family members and interdisciplinary health team members regarding patient abilities and goals
• Apply current orthopedic and neurological follow-up procedures and rehabilitation practices

Required Qualifications

• Active Oregon Occupational Therapist license or eligibility for licensure through the Oregon State Board
• Current CPR certification required
• Valid Oregon driver’s license required
• Bachelor of Science or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Strong knowledge of therapy procedures, rehabilitation practices, and orthopedic and neurological follow-up protocols

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior clinical experience in occupational therapy, though new graduates who meet all licensure requirements are encouraged to apply
• Effective team collaboration skills including communication, support, and mutual respect
• Basic computer proficiency including opening documents, completing forms, and sending email communications
