Job Title

Electrophysiology Technologist

Location

Schenectady, NY | Cath/EP Lab

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days, 10-Hour Shifts (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM) | Monday – Friday | No call or weekend requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Scrub utilizing sterile technique and assist cardiologists with electrophysiology procedures
• Support pacemaker and/or AICD implant procedures
• Assist with generator changes and lead revisions
• Participate in EP studies and ablation procedures
• Operate primarily within the EP lab setting, with exposure to the Cath Lab as needed

Required Qualifications

• Active CCL Tech certification required; IRT or CVT credentials also accepted
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Cath Lab or EP Lab setting
• At least 2 years of experience preferred for standard consideration
• Demonstrated EP lab experience strongly preferred for this role

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 2 or more years of hands-on EP lab experience
• Familiarity with electrophysiology mapping systems and ablation technologies
• Experience assisting with device implants including pacemakers and AICDs
