Job Title

Travel RN – Med/Surg Ortho

Location

Dickson, TN | Acute Care

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13-Week Travel Assignment | Night Shift | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Med/Surg Ortho unit in an inpatient setting
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
• Monitor and document patient status, treatments, and responses to care
• Adhere to facility protocols, policies, and Joint Commission standards

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license valid in the state of Tennessee (or compact license)
• Current BLS certification required
• Minimum 1–2 years of Med/Surg experience as a Registered Nurse
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in an Orthopedic or Med/Surg Ortho setting
• Previous travel nursing experience
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
