Job Title

Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) – Traveler

Contract (13-Week) | Rotating Day/Evening Shift | 4×10 Schedule | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Perform surgical technologist duties across a high-capacity operating room environment on a rotating day/evening schedule
• Expected primary placement on evening shifts (1p–11p); scheduled on days (7a–5:30p M, T, Th, F; 9a–7:30p W) when evening coverage is not required
• Includes approximately 2 weeks of night shifts per contract period
• Expected to fulfill at least 2 short calls per 4-week schedule cycle, including weekend availability
• When scheduled for weekends, shifts are 12 hours; weekday shifts during that same week may be 8 or 10 hours to meet contracted weekly hours
• Adhere to limited winter holiday RTO restrictions as outlined by the facility

Required Qualifications

• Active CST certification required
• Experience in a high-capacity operating room setting
• Ability to work a rotating day/evening schedule including nights, weekends, and short call shifts
• Flexibility to accommodate variable shift lengths (8, 10, or 12 hours) within the same week

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel surgical technologist experience
• Comfort working across multiple surgical service lines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong adaptability to shifting scheduling needs and case demands
