Job Title

Radiation Therapy Technologist

Location

Conyers, GA | Radiation Oncology

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver radiation therapy treatments to patients within a Radiation Oncology setting under the direction of the supervising physician
• Operate and maintain radiation therapy equipment in accordance with established safety and clinical protocols
• Accurately document patient treatment records and ensure quality assurance procedures are followed
• Collaborate with the oncology care team to support patient care plans and treatment schedules
• Adhere to all holiday coverage expectations, including working 2 of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day) and 1 minor holiday (Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year’s Eve)

Required Qualifications

• ARRT certification in Radiation Therapy (R.T.(T.)) required
• AHA BLS certification required
• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in Radiation Therapy
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a high-volume Radiation Oncology environment
• Familiarity with oncology treatment planning and delivery systems
