Full-Time | Permanent | Days | Onsite | No Weekends | No Holidays | 40 Hours per Week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care within a rural health clinic setting, supporting assigned providers throughout the day
• Work one-on-one with a provider as the dedicated clinical nurse, ensuring continuity and quality of patient care
• Float within the clinic as needed to assist other providers or nursing staff
• Document patient information and clinical data accurately using the Epic charting system
• Maintain a professional image and adhere to facility dress code and body adornment policies

Required Qualifications

• Active Minnesota LPN license required
• BLS certification required
• Negative TB test required
• Ability to work 5×8-hour or 4×10-hour shifts depending on provider schedule
• No on-call or call-back obligations required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a clinic or ambulatory care setting
• Familiarity with Epic electronic health records system
• Experience supporting providers in a rural or community health environment
