Contract (7 Weeks) | Mid Shift | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care in a long-term care / skilled nursing facility setting
• Assist residents with activities of daily living including personal hygiene, mobility, and nutrition
• Fulfill every other weekend commitment as part of the regular schedule
• Adhere to all facility policies, including wearing a state or federal issued photo ID badge at all times while on assignment
• Maintain a guaranteed 37-hour work week within the contracted schedule

Required Qualifications

• Active Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) license in the state of Vermont
• COVID-19 vaccination required, or documented religious/medical exemption from employer on file
• Must have reliable personal transportation — public transportation in this area is very limited and unreliable
• All requested time off must be approved prior to contract signature
• Local candidates only

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility environment
• Familiarity with mid-shift workflows and resident care routines
