Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a long-term care / skilled nursing facility setting
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
• Monitor and document patient condition, progress, and response to care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient health and safety
• Maintain compliance with facility policies, including identification and badge requirements at all times

Required Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN license in the state of Maine
• Must be local to the area — local candidates only
• Must present a valid state or federal issued photo ID upon arrival at the facility and wear a photo badge at all times
• Must have completed the original or updated COVID-19 vaccine series, or provide a documented religious and/or medical exemption from employer; additional doses required where mandated by law

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility environment
• Familiarity with agency or registry staffing expectations and protocols
