Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in accordance with physical therapy best practices and facility protocols
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
• Adhere to all credentialing and compliance requirements throughout the contract period

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license required
• Experience in an outpatient therapy setting
• Must meet contract credentialing and quality assurance requirements
• If licensure is pending, proof of license application must be provided within 5 business days of booking
• Start date must align with active license status at time of submission

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a contract or travel therapy capacity
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to new clinical environments and workflows
