Job Title

Interventional Radiology Technologist (IR Tech)

Location

Florence, SC

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | Full-Time | Onsite | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (5x8s) | On-call rotation required | Every third weekend required

Key Responsibilities

• Perform interventional radiology procedures as part of a tertiary hospital IR team with an average daily caseload of 4 cases per tech
• Participate in on-call rotation shared among three technologists to ensure continuous coverage
• Cover every third weekend shift as part of standard scheduling requirements
• Document and chart patient care and procedural information using Epic EMR
• Adhere to radiation safety protocols and maintain a personal radiation monitoring badge (must be provided by agency)
• Be prepared to participate in emergency response team assignments during hurricane season (June–November)

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Interventional Radiology experience
• General IR case experience required
• Active BLS certification required
• ARRT (R) certification required
• SCRQSA certification required
• Personal radiation monitoring badge must be supplied by the staffing agency prior to start

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Neuro IR case experience preferred
• Experience with Epic EMR charting system
