Job Title

Travel RN – NICU

Location

McKinney, TX | NICU – Level III

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13 Weeks | Days, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | Expected 36 hours/week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to neonatal patients in a Level III NICU setting
• Operate and monitor specialized equipment including BCPAP and HFNC
• Attend deliveries as required, including C-sections
• Document patient care accurately using Meditech and CPN systems
• Maintain patient ratios and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
• Participate in self-scheduling and float to other units as needed

Required Qualifications

• Active Texas RN License — temporary licenses will not be accepted
• BLS certification required
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required
• Minimum 2+ years of hospital/specialty experience in a NICU setting
• Level III NICU experience required
• Ability to attend all deliveries, including C-sections

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Meditech documentation system
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as a team player in a fast-paced NICU environment
