Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a 20-bed mixed ICU and Step-Down unit
• Manage ICU patients at a 2:1 nurse-to-patient ratio
• Care for Step-Down patients at a 3:1 nurse-to-patient ratio
• Float to a sister unit to manage Step-Down or progressive level patients at a 4:1 ratio as needed
• Participate in weekend and holiday rotation as required

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or compact eligibility
• Experience in an ICU or critical care setting
• Ability to float to Step-Down or progressive care units
• Availability for weekend and holiday rotation

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a mixed ICU and Step-Down environment
• Familiarity with progressive care or intermediate-level patient populations
• Strong adaptability and ability to manage varying patient acuity levels
