Contract (12 Weeks) | Mid Shift | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to residents in a long-term care/skilled nursing facility setting
• Work assigned mid shifts with a required weekend rotation
• Float between designated care areas as needed to support facility staffing
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, mobility, and nutrition
• Wear a visible photo ID badge at all times while on assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active, valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Maine
• Valid state or federal issued photo identification required for facility check-in
• Must have completed the original or updated COVID-19 vaccine series, or be able to present a documented religious and/or medical exemption from your employer
• Additional COVID-19 doses must be obtained where required by law

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility environment
• Ability to adapt quickly across multiple care areas in a float capacity
• Strong communication and patient-centered care skills
