Job Title

Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) – Outpatient Rehabilitation

Location

Waurika, OK | Outpatient Rehab

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Full-Time | Days | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Treat orthopedic populations, including post-operative patients and young athletes
• Deliver targeted interventions for patients presenting with debility, fall risk, and balance deficits
• Maintain a 1:1 patient-to-therapist ratio throughout the course of treatment
• Document patient progress and treatment plans accurately within the EMR system

Required Qualifications

• Active Oklahoma PTA license or compact license required
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant
• Demonstrated experience and competency with orthopedic, post-operative, debility, falls, and balance populations
• No on-call requirement; no weekend requirement
• Candidates must reside at least 45 miles from the facility to be eligible
• References may be pending at time of submission

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 2 or more years of outpatient PTA experience preferred
• Experience with Meditech EMR preferred
• Experience working with young athletes in a rehabilitation setting
