CT / Radiology Technologist – Computed Tomography (Afternoons)

Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Afternoon Shift (8-Hour Shifts)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a wide variety of CT and diagnostic radiology procedures, applying independent judgment and critical thinking to facilitate accurate diagnoses
• Conduct IV insertion and contrast injections as part of primary CT and diagnostic radiology workflows
• Operate and troubleshoot CR, DR, CT, and PACS systems, including HIS and RIS platforms
• Maintain patient confidentiality and practice infection control in compliance with departmental, hospital, and OSHA standards
• Complete annual mandatory education requirements including bloodborne pathogens, infection control, and body substance isolation
• Communicate effectively in written and verbal formats while maintaining department competencies

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of current, hands-on CT experience
• ARRT (CT) Certification – Required
• Active Massachusetts Radiology License – Required
• Active American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Certification – Required
• CT Skills Checklist current within the past year – Required at submission
• 1 supervisory signed reference from within the past two years of employment – Required at submission
• Must have personal reliable transportation for this assignment
• Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Meditech Expanse highly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to function independently and proficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced clinical environment
• Prior experience in a teaching hospital or large acute care setting
